MYKE SIMS COLLECTION – SHIPPING & ORDER POLICY

SHIPPING TIME

Most in-stock items ship within 3–7 business days.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, please allow up to 2 weeks for fulfillment.

Transit times follow USPS and/or UPS posted delivery schedules. We cannot guarantee delivery dates in the event of carrier delays, weather disruptions, or circumstances outside of our control.


REFUNDS / RETURNS

All sales are final.
Orders cannot be cancelled once an order number or shipping confirmation has been generated.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The wrong size or item was sent, or

  • A verified manufacturing issue occurred.

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


NEW RELEASES / PRE-ORDERS / MONTHLY DROPS

Pre-order, monthly drops and made-to-order items require 2-4 weeks for production and delivery unless otherwise stated.

Production begins once the pre-order window closes (typically within 7 days). You will receive a shipping confirmation once your item has left our facility. Please allow 3–5 business days for transit after shipment.


PREMADE / IN-HOUSE ITEMS

Ready-to-ship items dispatch within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Orders are processed within 48–96 business hours and shipped via USPS for domestic deliveries.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.
Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the next business day.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Myke Sims Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.
If an issue occurs, please contact USPS or your local carrier to initiate a search or file a claim.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Address changes may be possible only if your order has not yet shipped.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

All customer information is kept confidential and will never be sold or shared under any circumstances.
