Refund policy

www.MYKESIMSCOLLECTION.com do not accept returns. Requests for exchanges, or reports of errors or damaged items, must be made within 48 HOURS of the delivery date. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out!

To start a Exchange, you can contact us at OFFICIALMYKESIMS@GMAIL.COM. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1270 W Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30309

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Any return exceptions will be refunded via store credit in the form of a Myke Sims Collection E-Gift Code. Credits are processed within 7-10 business days of your item(s) delivery to us. Exceptions are not guaranteed and are to the discretion of our leadership team based on inventory, current shipping times, and availability of limited release and exclusive items. Worn items are not eligible to be exchanged.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, and orders made with discount codes.

Exchanges

We do not accept Exchanges unless:

  • The wrong size or item was sent by us, or

  • A verified manufacturing issue occurred.
